With a new year comes the list of resolutions we’re all guilty of giving up on after a month or two. What if we told you we have a resolution you can stick to that doesn’t involve going to the gym? Your skincare products have an expiration date and, just like 2017, they can expire after just 365 days. Check out our chart to determine if it’s time to throw away last year's products:

If you're unsure of how old a product is, a good rule of thumb is to toss anything that has significantly changed in color, odor, or if the product separates or clumps. It may be hard to throw away that expensive serum you bought, but it will do more harm than good to keep it around, or worse, continuing to apply it to your skin. Applying expired products to your skin can cause possible skin infections, irritation, or just may not work! No thank you.
