Holiday Cocktails, Anyone?

It’s time to raise a glass! Spice up your holiday party with our favorite seasonal cocktail recipes. They’re sure to put you and your guests in the mood to celebrate.

Baked Apple Margarita	Dirty Chai Martini
0.5 oz agave 0.25 oz lime juice 2 oz Camp Bravo Reposado 1.5 oz baked apple syrup Cinnamon stick to garnish	2.5 cups milk chai Sweetener (optional) 1.5 oz espresso 1 oz vodka Cinnamon stick and star anise to garnish
To make baked apple syrup, start by pureeing some apples. Simmer with water, nutmeg, vanilla, and cinnamon. Strain and serve.	To make the milk chai, heat the milk (whatever type you prefer) over low heat, then steep 2–3 chai tea bags in the pan for 4–5 minutes. Whisk in a sweetener of your choice.
Classic Rum & Eggnog	Winter Wings (Mocktail)
1 cup Summerhill Market Eggnog 1.5 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum Fresh ground nutmeg for garnish	1 oz fresh lime juice 0.5 oz organic wild honey Red Bull Winter Edition Plum Twist Basil for garnish
This recipe is a favourite of both Dr. Cook and Dr. Carroll—simply delicious!	Mix the lime juice and honey together, then pour over ice. Top with Red Bull and add garnish.
